Join Farmer John Park on a hunt for free range eggs laid just down the lane on this free family activity, timed to finish off half-term week with some fresh air and fun.
Just ahead of Shrove Tuesday, you can collect half a dozen eggs to buy for your pancakes. Farmer John will guide you down to the hen houses and introduce you to our 700 brown hens who are free to wander, perch, dust-bathe, and roam the fields.
This is a lovely activity which will help children and adults alike make the connection between food and farming.
With your free range eggs and locally milled flour from our farm shop display, you'll have the freshest, tastiest ingredients for your pancakes.
