This short interview with Richard Park was filmed when he won The National Trust Fine Farm Produce Award 2009 for the farm’s Kendal Creamy Cheese and its organic milk. Cumbrian farmers of Herdwick sheep, Caroline and Jon from Yew Tree Farm Coniston, are featured in the clip before Richard.
