Paddy’s Milestone
- Produced at Dunlop Dairy in Ayrshire using milk form their herd of Ayrshire cows
- It is named after the local name for Ailsa Craig, the rock that sits out in the Firth of Clyde
- It is a white, soft, fresh cheese which is shaped like the rock after which it is named
- It has a creamy texture and delicate flavour
