  • Yorkshire Wensleydale now has PGI status, meaning that the cheese has to be produced in a designated geographical area.
  • Smoked Wensleydale is naturally smoked using oak chips, producing a cheese with a subtle, smoked flavour, and which retains the crumbly characteristics of Yorkshire Wensleydale.
