  • Made by the Strathearn Cheese Company in Perthshire. This is a new business which operates from an old WWII prisoner of war camp.
  • Lady Mary is a lactic cheese which is matured for 3 days to 1 week. It is flavoured with locally foraged garlic and Summer Harvest truffle infused rapeseed oil.
  • It is named after a local beauty spot. It has a fresh, lemony taste with subtle flavours of wild garlic and truffle, with a creamy, smooth texture.
